Elemental Shamanic Workout took place as a Sunday ecstatic dance session the sufi whirling dervish home, Colet House in West London, and as part of the Elemental Creative Retreat in Wales, where it was a favourite part of the retreat.

After all the alchemical process design, Elemental Shamanic Workout was conceived in the car on a trip to Wales. Four Element alchemy meets ceremony meets ecstatic dance.
